Course Introduction
This course was created to support women like you who are struggling through perimenopause or menopause and want clarity, not more conflicting advice.
For a long time, I was doing all the “right” things and still felt awful. It wasn’t until I understood the foundations of what my body actually needed that everything else began to work.
This course is built around the two biggest shifts that changed everything for me:
Understanding hormone balance, particularly estrogen dominance and progesterone support
Learning how my mental self-talk and constant stress were keeping my nervous system stuck in survival mode
Once those foundations were in place, the lifestyle changes people often talk about; food, movement, sleep, and reducing stress, finally started to help instead of overwhelming me.
Inside this course, I share the gentle, practical changes that supported my body once balance and safety were restored. Not extremes. Not perfection. Just what worked for me through lived experience, trial and error, and listening to my body.
This isn’t medical advice, and it isn’t about fixing everything at once. It’s about understanding what may be driving your symptoms, softening instead of pushing, and learning how to work with your body again.
